Description: From reading about the lives and inward journeys of spiritual activists, we will seek to understand how we can achieve balance between our Inward and Outward Journeys. We will share our own faith stories so we can ask for help and accountability in achieving greater balance in our lives. As a part of practicing this balance, members will engage corporately in advocacy ACTIVISM. Every other meeting members will join in a letter writing campaign in response to an alert for an environmental or social justice issue. We will seek to come closer to God and to each other as we share a corporate mission of earth stewardship and social justice action. An effort will be made to participate together in a weekend spiritual retreat to deepen our inward journeys.
Meeting Times: 2nd & 4th Sundays, 1-2:30pm at church, occasionally in homes; members invited to share a meal from 12:15 to 1pm
