Description: We will begin the group by reading Barbara Brown Taylor's book "An Altar in the World" and discussing the various ways we can find God in the world around us. Some of the ways discussed in the book are through community, vocation, wilderness or prayer. Other topics that also might be discussed are ways we care for creation centered on a book called "Holy Ground", compiled by the Sierra Club, that includes essays from the religious and scientific communities. We will also be open to other topics or books that are of interest to the group.
