The pastor is the spiritual leader of the church and the congregation. The Pastor-Congregation Relations Committee interviews and selects candidates to fill this position with input from the congregation. Hiring of a candidate is done with the involvement of the congregation.

Time Commitment: This is a full-time staff position. Many hours are in the evening to participate in committee meetings. Emergencies for congregational members can and will require unpredictable time commitments. Other staff and congregational members are available to assist.
