Building Administrator
The Building Administrator is responsible for managing the building for the congregation. This person notifies the Trustees about needed repairs, emergencies or proposed changes for the building. The Building Administrator also manages the room rentals by interviewing potential users of the building, notifying Church Council of any requests for subsidized building or grounds usage, creating and maintaining copies of rental contracts, working with the Treasurer to collect and refund deposits and charge rents. The Building Administrator is also responsible for arranging janitorial services and other regular services that enhance the utility and presentation of the building. This is currently a part-time position that is filled by the person who is Church Administrator.
